The Alfa Romeo 2600 Spider was the successor of the Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider (1958-1961) and was created by Carrosseria Touring from Milan. The bodies of the 2000 en de 2600 Spider are identical. The Alfa Romeo 2600 Spider saw the light of day in the year 1962.
The car is equipped with an aluminium-alloy six cylinder engine. This masterpiece of Alfa Romeo engineering shows double overhead camshafts and produces 145 bhp. at 5900 rpm.
The car is equipped with a five-speed manual gearbox and disc brakes at the front wheels.
Unlike the smaller Alfa Romeo Duetto Spider the 2600 Spider has two small seats in the back. The Alfa Romeo 2600 Spider is a very nice touring convertible with a very inspiring engine and a luxurious/ sporty but comfortable interior.
A very pretty Italian motorcar.
