Restoration Austin Healey 3000 Mk IIa, 1963
Part 3: Building up the car

Return to the restorations overview page

This Austin Healey 3000 body was restored to top-condition for it's owner (see part 1 & 2). The car was fully stripped, bodywork carried out, sandblasted, epoxy primer coated, smoothened and painted. The owner had planned to built up the car by himself. Regretfully he could not find the time so he asked us to complete this fine Austin Healey. Modifications have been made to the suspension by fitting telescopic shock dampers.
